- Begin your exciting journey to Hampi with 2XBT – Building Boyz Tours & Travels. Our Tempo Traveller will start pickups at 5:00 PM from Borivali , with pickup points along the following route:
- Borivali: Western Express Highway (WEH)
- Dadar: Continue towards Dadar via the Western Express Highway
- Bhandup: Proceed via the Eastern Express Highway
- Airoli: Continue towards Thane–Belapur Road via Airoli Toll Naka
- Navi Mumbai: Proceed towards Belapur and continue the overnight journey to Hampi.

- Please note that arrival and drop-off timings may vary due to traffic congestion, toll queues, and other unforeseen delays. We recommend keeping some buffer time for your onward travel and personal commitments.

Payment, cancellation & terms
Payment
- Booking Advance: ₹3,000 per person to confirm your seat. Remaining Balance: The remaining tour amount must be paid once you board the bus. Booking Confirmation: Your seat will be confirmed only after the advance payment is received. Cancellation & refunds
- All bookings are strictly non-refundable.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, missed activities, or unused services.
- The first installment / booking amount is strictly non-refundable.
- Cancellation 15–30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour package amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Cancellation within 15 days of departure: No refund will be provided.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, missed activities, or unused services.
- If 2XBT – Building Boyz Tours & Travels is required to cancel, postpone, modify, or shorten a tour due to adverse weather conditions, government orders, forest or local authority restrictions, road closures, natural calamities, safety concerns, operational requirements, or other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control (Force Majeure):
- The Company reserves the right to modify the itinerary, change routes, replace hotels, vehicles, activities, or other services with suitable alternatives to ensure participant safety and smooth tour operations.
- Any refund or compensation for missed sightseeing, activities, meals, accommodation, transportation, or unused services will be subject to the applicable booking terms and circumstances.
- Any additional expenses arising from such changes, including extra accommodation, transportation, meals, or other arrangements, shall be borne by the participant where applicable.
- By confirming a booking with 2XBT – Building Boyz Tours & Travels , participants acknowledge and agree to the applicable cancellation and refund terms. We recommend reviewing the policy carefully before making any payment.
Booking terms & conditions (22 clauses)
- All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only after receipt of the applicable booking amount or full payment.
- By confirming the booking, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- Participants must ensure they are physically and medically fit for the selected tour, trek, bike ride, or adventure activity. Any medical condition that may affect participation must be disclosed before booking.
- All participants must carry a valid Government-issued Photo ID throughout the trip.
- Participants must strictly follow the instructions of the Tour Leader, Trek Leader, Ride Captain, Driver, and support staff at all times.
- Consumption or possession of alcohol, illegal drugs, narcotics, or any intoxicating substances during the tour is strictly prohibited.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, intoxicated, abusive, or disruptive. No refund shall be provided in such cases.
- The itinerary is tentative and may be modified, postponed, or cancelled due to weather conditions, road conditions, government regulations, forest permissions, local authority restrictions, operational requirements, safety concerns, or any unforeseen circumstances.
- Hotels, camps, vehicles, bike models, transport providers, restaurants, sightseeing locations, and other services mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability and may be replaced with similar-category alternatives without prior notice.
- Travel timings, sightseeing schedules, and activity timings are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or operational reasons.
- Adventure activities such as trekking, camping, bike riding, water sports, rafting, boating, jeep safaris, ziplining, and similar activities involve inherent risks. Participants voluntarily participate at their own risk.
- Participants must carry suitable clothing, footwear, riding gear, personal medicines, and other essentials required for the selected tour or activity
- Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings, luggage, cash, valuables, electronic devices, riding gear, and travel documents. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
- Littering, damaging public or private property, or violating local laws is strictly prohibited. Participants must respect nature, wildlife, religious places, and local communities.
- Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, bikes, camping equipment, or public/private property due to a participant's negligence or misconduct shall be recovered from the concerned participant.
- Unless specifically mentioned under Package Inclusions, expenses such as entry tickets, permits, camera fees, adventure activities, local transport, meals, insurance, porter charges, pony charges, GST (if applicable), personal expenses, and any other services are excluded from the package cost.
- A minimum of 12 participants is required to operate Group Tours, Treks, and Group Bike Rides. If the minimum number of participants is not achieved, 2XBT (Building Boyz Tours & Travels) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the departure.
- All Group Tours, Treks, and Group Bike Rides operate on fixed departure dates. Departure dates cannot be changed, postponed, or customized at the request of any participant.
- The Company shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, illness, baggage loss, theft, property damage, financial loss, or additional expenses arising due to natural calamities, landslides, floods, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, or any other Force Majeure event.
- Participants are advised to obtain suitable travel and medical insurance wherever applicable. The Company shall not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred during or after the tour.
- By participating in any service offered by 2XBT (Building Boyz Tours & Travels), the participant acknowledges the inherent risks involved and agrees to participate at their own responsibility

Common questions
The package price depends on your seat number in the 35-Seater Bus or 17-Seater Tempo Traveller (TT). All prices mentioned below are based on quad-sharing accommodation. Seat No. 1–10: ₹8,000 per person (First 2 Rows in TT) Seat No. 11–30: ₹7,500 per person (3rd Row to Second-Last Row in TT) Seat No. 31–35: ₹6,500 per person (Last Row / Back Seats in TT) Note: Seat availability and vehicle allocation depend on the final group size and the vehicle assigned to the departure.
The package price includes one night of hotel accommodation on a quad-sharing basis. An advance payment of ₹3,000 per person is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid once you board the bus. Your seat will be confirmed after receipt of the advance payment.
Yes, you can select your preferred available seat at the time of booking. The package price varies according to the seat category, so early booking is recommended to secure your preferred seat. Vehicle allocation may depend on the final group size. Important: Seat upgrades or seat changes during the journey are strictly not allowed. Every participant must occupy only the seat number assigned to them at the time of booking. Participants are requested to cooperate with the Tour Captain and follow the seating arrangement throughout the journey.
All bookings for the Hampi Tour are strictly non-refundable. Once the booking is confirmed, the amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, missed activities, or unused services.
