1. About 2XBT

2XBT is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by a customer.

3. Bookings

A booking request does not automatically guarantee confirmation.

A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required payment or confirmation has been received and 2XBT has confirmed the booking.

Availability, prices, schedules, and other booking details may change before confirmation.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed or quoted by 2XBT may change until a booking is confirmed.

The final price may include applicable taxes, service charges, supplier charges, transportation charges, government fees, or other applicable costs.

Customers are responsible for making payments within the timeframe communicated by 2XBT.

Failure to make the required payment within the specified period may result in cancellation of the booking.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation, amendment, refund, and rebooking conditions may vary depending on the specific service or supplier.

Certain airline tickets, hotel bookings, tours, travel packages, or other services may be non-refundable or may carry cancellation charges.

6. Changes to Bookings

• Travel insurance.
• Other documents required by the destination or travel provider.

2XBT may provide general travel information but does not guarantee approval of visas, permits, immigration clearance, or entry into any country.

8. Flights, Hotels, and Third-Party Suppliers

Many travel services arranged through 2XBT are provided by independent third-party suppliers.

These may include airlines, hotels, transportation companies, tour operators, activity providers, and other travel businesses.

Third-party suppliers may have their own terms, conditions, cancellation policies, refund policies, and service restrictions.

Customers may be required to comply with those terms in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

9. Delays, Cancellations, and Changes by Suppliers

Travel services may be delayed, cancelled, rescheduled, overbooked, or changed by airlines, hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, government authorities, or other suppliers.

2XBT will make reasonable efforts to assist customers where possible.

However, 2XBT cannot guarantee that a supplier will operate a service exactly according to the original itinerary.

Any refunds or compensation resulting from supplier changes may be subject to the relevant supplier’s policies and applicable law.

10. Force Majeure

2XBT shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, or inability to provide services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include:

• Natural disasters.
• Severe weather.
• Pandemics or public-health emergencies.
• War or terrorism.
• Civil unrest.
• Strikes or labor disputes.
• Government restrictions.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Follow applicable laws and regulations.
• Follow airline, hotel, transportation, and tour-provider rules.
• Maintain valid travel documents.
• Arrive at airports, hotels, departure points, and other locations on time.
• Behave respectfully toward staff, suppliers, and other travelers.
• Avoid fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of our Services.

2XBT may refuse or terminate services where necessary due to unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe conduct, subject to applicable law.

12. Travel Insurance

Customers are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance covering circumstances such as medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, delays, and other travel-related risks.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, travel insurance is not included in the services provided by 2XBT.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2XBT shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of our Services or travel arrangements.

2XBT’s liability, where legally applicable, may be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Privacy

Your use of 2XBT Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Meta Platforms

If you access or use 2XBT through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or another Meta platform, your use of that Meta platform may also be subject to Meta’s applicable terms, policies, and privacy practices.

2XBT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. unless expressly stated.

16. Intellectual Property

All content made available through 2XBT Services, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, photographs, designs, software, and other materials, belongs to 2XBT or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
